-Free cancellation 10 days before the service with refund
-free cancellation in case of bad weather and sea conditions
- cancellation 10 to 3 days before the service, loss of the deposit paid
- cancellation under 3 days loss or no show loss of the amount of the service
CANCELLATION POLICY Yacht experience (Yacht From 51 to 160 Ft )
-Free cancellation 30 days before the service with refund
-free cancellation in case of bad weather and sea conditions adverse
- cancellation 29 to 15 days before the service, loss 50% and the rest will be refound by credit card
- cancellation under 14 days loss of 100% of the amount of the service
-If the captain in according with Manager decides that there are no conditions to ensure the safety of passengers due to bad weather conditions, any amount paid will be reimbursed.
Possibility to reschedule the tour for the following days or to anticipate the tour, if possible.
Issue of a Voucher to be used within 24 months from the date of the cancellation.
-if the customer cannot move the cruise or does not want a future ticket for a future excursion, we will proceed with a full refund of the service. The safety of our customers and crew comes first !
